Castes in Muslims:

I. Ashraf or better class Mahomedans.

II. Ajlaf or lower class Mahomedans.

Islam has a caste system similar to most other religions.

Moreover, though it is not always called as caste, there is always lot of racial discrimination among Muslims.

Racial Discrimination -

In Islam, there is clear distinction between Arabs and non-Arabs, called as Ajams Ajam - Wikipedia. The distinction is such that Arabs will never marry Ajamis, Ajami can never become a Caliph, and Ajamis are always considered inferior to Arabs.

There is lot of racial discrimination based on skin colour and regionalism. Biggest example of that was how Punjabi Pakistanis discriminated against Bengali Pakistanis, which led to various events and ultimately resulted in the creation of Bangladesh.
