Haritha resorts used to generate 25 crores every year for govt.

I think all those expensive bathroom equipment can be auctioned and building converted to a hospital or something. Or just destroy and rebuild something more public.

Its not suitable for hospital. Ambulances paiki vacchelopu patients pothaaru. Destroying is a stupid idea, its tax payers money. Whats the point of wasting it?

Destorying makes sense if those equipment can be resold. It also makes sense if rebuilding can unlock more value than cost of destruction.
