Isnt that conflict of interest ?

Can a public servant obtain benefits from a private company like this ?

Based on what I read in the news that time, there is no conflict of interest. The stay in the hotel was not due to an official/governmental programme. His stay is nothing to do with himself being a CM, it is more to do with him being a family member of directors of a company. Vaalla own house was in construction, the family rented a service apartment during that time, that service apartment was run by Park Hyatt. Company policies lo evo provisions helped them paying the bill for their stay.
