Simply not possible. Don’t do unnecessary elevations. It can only bite you back.

They can plan infrastructure well and aim for a well planned city rather than world class capital. If they can generate buzz and attract companies, it could well be on its way to become a decent capital city.

Yep Andhra can pull off a decent capital in the next 15-20 years, but i hope they come out of this Graphics and PPT mania from 2014-2019, Let the work from the Ground speak and not the graphics
