This is the major reason and not taking preventive steps after reservoirs went dry is the compelling reason for the shortage. Additional resources of water are now released and have reached Delhi and you will still see the shortage for another month. Who do you think the blame should be on? Delhi Jal Board is the one who should be taking responsibility and no one else, least is politics. AAP was very busy in elections and savings its leader's face.
