Only Desis buying houses in New neighborhoods.. It is evident that all south facing homes remain unsold in most of the new neighborhoods.

Volume of Migrations from one state has slowed down. 

Used homes ki demand taggindi and greedy sellers will be disappointed. 

Na dosth community lo realistic and greedy sellers unnaru.. same kind of home but kitty party gang lo okadu wants to sell for $100k more....

1 & 2 - 196$ / Sqft

CA people still pouring money into good markets.... my uncle saying his stock value increasing 50K every day.. they have no place to park money other than real estate anta... buying home in Tampa left and right... @~`

If you have farm in India they Pennie’s only 

if you buy then around $14-15 per box mostly shipping cost more than mangos
