@Sonu_PatelMy friend bought 25 year old home( sold for 320k in 2019) for 540k in 2021 in Cumming when bidding was crazy in Georgia.Do you think he made the right decision?Will this home value go down?

bad decision anna.. people who bought in 2021 still made good profits.. 

he would have made another 100k grand easily if he sold in 2023 or early 2024.
