ah price point ki neku upcoming suburbs like dawsonville, acworth and dallas lo 450k  500k price point lo new construcion homes unnai kada. 

Investment property bayya .... Dawnsonville is too far for renting... I want to stay close to GA400 with 3 lanes on each side. Acworth and other areas you mentioned are good but I already have 2 properties in cartersville which is next to Acworth. Also, I want to invest in the north where there is growth. I did not find any SFH for $380K in cummings area close to the highways.

Investing ki fine anna.. but maintenance expenses kuda count chesuko for that old property.

investment property buying time kaadu anna.. 1-2 yrs wait cheyyi... every street will have foreclosure properties in all southern states..

Crazy high Inventory levels will hit the market ..

Sellers would have two options if the property cant be rented or sits in market for long time.

- Price reduction

- Fore closure

last minute lo edho loan problem aeindi ani back out ayadu and after that home is still on market anta..

looks like real estate agents kuda trying to make up offers during the first 2 weeks of listing..

2 - 3 weeks ayyaka.. price reduction chesaru anta..

they signed for 800k last year thinking the price will go to 1 million and make 200k profit but reality lo house evadu konadam ledu anta. manchi out of state @csrcsr lanti ismart buyers unte chepu anna.
