@Aquaman - All builders did price reductions today anna..

lender gallu whatsapp groups lo lower interest rates.. and good time of refinance ani marketing chesi minguthunnaru..

@Konebhar6 - With lower Interest rates, I think overall market will be flooded with Home Inventory which may cause more mess in housing market. what do you think ?

Already flooded. Not much demand. Mountain house, CA lo 1.3 listed, ready to accept for 1.05. Not getting offers. Friend offer ichi back out ayyadu.

ee fall ki super deals. With stock market/job market assam, better deals coming.

we need a separate thread on good communities in every major desi hub. Will be useful for people who are in market

but overall ga market lo unna homes maximum days untunnai with some homes expiring. 

real estate broker agents are pushing back initially and getting back to discussion after 1 day of offer expirations.

Expect more homes to hit market in the coming 2 months..

This fall is house prices fall festival. huge price drops coming...
