Lower Interest rates valla prices inflate chesaru artificial ga..

In current circumstances, there are higher interest rates and sky rocketed home prices. 

but reality ga chusthey houses are no more affordable for many people out there...

prices will normalize antunna.

Prices got inflated due to increased material costs.

Material costs are not going to come down.

4years back 1$ ki konna cement block, ippudu 2$, will it come down. Never.

3 Years back 2$ ki konna milk, ippudu 3.5$, will it come down. Never.

 

Ala jaragali ante, deflation ravali. Deflation means desam sanka naaki povatam. No government will fail to that level.

totally agree with your point anna with Inflation.. 

There is also another point called Affordability.. I am saying with the mass volume of housing Inventory will get accumulated over the course of next months and It will cause the prices to normalize.

Remember anna, Grass is not always green. 2024 is equivalent to 2007 for housing.. few months aeyinaka neke telustadi etla untadho.
