below 500K 1-2% varaku reasonable emo, but if you are doing all of the work like scouting the property, doing all the research, without much inputs from buyer agent ?? it makes no sense to have buyer agent at all.

This happens only with fresh Desi buyer agents. If you go with outside like American agents. You won't get anything......

Cumming lo builders also making most of this gorrela mandaa by quoting 1.2 mi and above. Current houses don't have the quality of homes which were built pre-pandemic
