@lollilolli2020 - Anna, Still interest rates are around 6% for people if they buy pre-owned homes.

New constructions builders offering 5% interest rates with good incentives to attract new buyers.

I think it is wise option now to buy New Construction homes.

on the other side, pre owned homes are not getting sold because of the high inventory levels and top dollar tag prices.

Overall, price corrections are happening for pre-owned homes..

Once a new home will become a pre-owned after purchase. Immediate dip on the house value ga

Buy brand new anna.. you can negotiate with upgrades/ incentives and preferred lenders ni use cheste 10k towards closing istunnaru

Old homes come with some repairs, no warranty, high prices with no incentives.

Thanks. PM if you see any investment homes with no restricions on Dawsonville/Gainsville or in Forsyth county less than $400K.

Also what do you think about Canton, I hear a lot about Canton and properties on Canton Hwy towards cumming downtown..

bayya ... I recently bought an investment property in forsyth country 3/2.5 2000 sq ft SFH for 382K. Keep looking and you will find them.

I have seen canton area too and I felt it is too far from everything anipinchindhi

If you need it buy it anna.. dont over pay, over bid and all crazy stuff that @csrcsr anna tells everyone..

buy something with monthly mortgage payment, that is less that 30% of your take home pay.

Example: if you take home is net 10k, the monthly mortgage payment should not go beyond 3.3k.
