housing market is very broad anna..

Markets in Calif may not look he same in Florida. 

This thread only focus on housing updates in Atlanta Suburbs.

overall ga pre-owned homes sales baga decline undi. 

lots of home owners are still in trauma of price appreciation that happened in last 3 - 4 years but buyers are not willing to pay the high prices..

homes which are owner occupied are staying in market for longer periods of time and getting expired. 

home which are empty doing price reductions crazily..

agree on drops being area specific. Same here in CA. Popular areas did not drop much. Far away areas droppped a lot. 
for e.g. Brentwood dropped a lot compared to mountain house.

Georgia Northern suburbs cummings, Suwanee and Canton.. so much price reductions..

all agents asking buyers to submit offers for high prices.
