asalu texas lo least ivvatam anta buddi takkuva pani anna inkoti undadhu.. becoz of high property tax and high insurance premiums. 

last 2 years lo close chesinollaki high interest mortgage payments are added bonus.

Those homes are wayyy too far from anything. Very bad location to sell for next 5 years. Will take 5-10 years for that location to be developed and by that time those homes will be old homes. Even after 10 years they can expect appreciation and sell at new homes rates at that time.

By that time you will have many new communities coming up surrounding area. still 90% land is vacant surrounding these new communities. Appreciation would be dismal.

too much open land and more traffic signals will be added and it will be night mare. 

very soon these homes come back to 200k - 300k price range.
