Why most indians are only trying to move places like Dallas, Atlanta, Austin & Raleigh and saturating the job market. Where as there are many other tech hubs like Denver, Salt Lake City etc with better quality of life. Any particular reason except climate?

As Denver is major hub for Air force & other Military bases they have lot of Federal IT jobs over there & hub to many Tech clients & Boulder itself have Amazon, Microsoft etc.... koncham rundown property buddy ... idhi MLS lo radhu.... there are some people who go to houses and talk to owners to help them to sell and they get into contract. Then they will reach out to the buyers directly to sell the property. They make 30-40K in this transaction. These people are called wholesalers and usually these deals are cash only. Once we buy, we can renovate the property, rent it and refinance (BRRRR Method)

In real estate wholesaling, a wholesaler puts a seller's home under contract and then finds an interested investor to buy it. The wholesaler assigns their rights in the contract to the buyer at a higher price than the price contracted with the seller and keeps the difference.

It doesnt make sense to buy home until we have a stable full time job to client & have approved i 1 4 0.
