The wholesaler assigns their rights in the contract to the buyer at a higher price than the price contracted with the seller and keeps the difference. Day trading is not for the weak hearted. It is very risky and on avg less than 5% are net positive over long periods. Time and again people talk about it but no one listens, because it looks $exy and adventurous.
