people who bought last year and beginning this year are already in the negative equity anna. 

Sales chala tagginai.. homes staying in market longer than usual..

next few months ila inventory pile up avthey.. things will be brutal..

yeah, some parts of Aurora are good but most of it is sketchy. It's very well known all over the country for its police leelalu
