Those who talk loud about profits are the same ones that never share their losses. 

Day trading is not for the weak hearted. It is very risky and on avg less than 5% are net positive over long periods.

Time and again people talk about it but no one listens, because it looks $exy and adventurous. Be careful out there, if you decide to enter the cage.

those days are gone , now lot of people are into day trading and making decent returns

after 5 -10 years you will realize how many made money with trading.

Everyone will say they are in loss only truth comes after many days years...

people who bought last year and beginning this year are already in the negative equity anna. 

Sales chala tagginai.. homes staying in market longer than usual..

next few months ila inventory pile up avthey.. things will be brutal..

Yeah, I got lucky with low rates in 2021 and 2 mins from park meadows. New builds are too overpriced here and far away from the city
