Case charge sheet file chesaka, Malli jail ki poye scene ledu, unless he gets convicted.. even then he will go to a higher court for appeal.. if convicted for more than 2 years, then he will become ineligible from contesting in elections like Lalu.. but that is not going to happen (anytime soon)

Case in under trail, chargesheet filed and case hearing nadustundi right now....at this stage, bail cancel anedi out of question unless jagan violated conditions of bail which is not the case, so bail cancel is out of question.

Second, conviction kuda more than 2 years aithe ineligible for contest but if that conviction ever happens. Laloo Yadav was the first after this act came into force, so judiciary kuda pedaga scope lekunde but after Rahul Gandhi's conviction and stay order, 2 years sentence tarvata ineligible anedi kuda as good as tooch...they will go to higher court and stay order will make things easier and as usual..

Yeah.. ade antunnanu.. they can only keep someone in jail until they file the charge sheet.. after that they have to fight it out in the court.. kakapothe trial ki attend avvalsi vastundi.. 

kavitha will come out as soon as the charge sheet is filed..

This is the situation in all the cases...Trail begin avuthe that's when accused can stay relaxed. Its unfortunate but Indian judiciary atlane vundi...undertrail vunapudu bayapadtaru but trail avagane relax ayitaru because that trail is not gonna go any where.

In Kavitha's case, politically strong and major charges are causing loss to exchequer. jaggadi cases ki Kavitha case ski big difference ide...jaggadi case lo loss to exchequer ledu which is a blessing in disguise for jagan.

Chargesheet is already filed, may 30th deadline vunde and CBI and ED chargesheet file chesindi...in a month or two we can expect the trail to start that's when Kavitha can see light of the day and help her children prepare for the quarterly exams.

Pulkas ki ivanni artham kavu. Right now they are just waiting for Chandranna to snap his fingers like Thanos and Modi will go running to the judges and the judges will announce a minimum 30 year jail sentence the next day morning to Jagan, ante. After that they can happily enjoy the Rama Rajyam under Rama(CBN) and Laxmana(Pavan). They don't even understand the fact that judiciary has a process to follow and also that there is something called appeals which can take another 15 years.
