Corruption was at peak during his term and he was not accessable to people.

But during his term Rural Development lo matram it was way better compared to other parties ruling. Growing up i remember how there was power problems and water problems in rural areas prior 2014, It decreased drastically after separate state and during his ruling

Agreed kaka. KCR was known as fighter, he has knowledge of what TG needs, but expect cheyale kada he can be such a ruler/administrator. After he proved beyond expectations then people voted for someone else, adhi main crux nen cheppindhantlo. 

Frankly If KCR was a leader in AP, he would have been on seat for 20 years easily. Remember covid time lo AP motham KCR pressments ku TRPs!!

Corruption has always taken new peaks each passing terms no matter who ever is in power. 

Rural infrastructure qnd quality of life has improved tremendously and there is no doubt it. Half way through the second term, KCR did loose control on the administration or perhaps misled by his own over confidence and missed noticing the growing concerns. 
 

Even today, KCR ni evaru tittukuntaleru…blame motham local leaders and other leadership mida vundi but KCR individually does not have that kind of backlash on him…

MLA Centric politics unde BRS lo and anger against MLA'S ekkuva unde compare to KCR Anduke BRS won 75% of the seats where they changed MLA'S . Compared to people, cadre and village level leaders were not happy with kcr because of pending contract bills

Andhra lo changing MLA'S dint work because there was severe anger against Jagan compared to MLA'S

Corruption unde bro and 10 years fatigue unde, but it was not the reason why he lost, He lost mostly because of severe anti-incumbency against his MLA'S inka oka 25 seats lo candidates change chesi unte he would have won 50+ seats ,

He also lost mostly because of Kavitha issue, Kavitha ni arrest cheyaka povadam valla Cong succesfully built the narrative that BJP and BRS are in secret alliance and because of that Most of the Minorities in non-Hyderabad districts voted for Congress. 

Konni places lo his ego also costed the election Ponguleti ki oka MP ichi unte apoyedi, KTR tried his best to accommodate ponguleti but kcr dint listen

Congress won 12 seats with <10k majority

Khammam poratala puttinillu, Nizam's time lo Telangana rebellion start ayyindhi Khamam, communist movement. People don't like the feudelistic mentality of KCR. KCr Sunk surplus telangana state in an insurmountable debt. The policies are a mere continuation of Baboru, just without Baboru in place. The debt was circulated in. raithu Bandhu pathakam which only favored land lord class. This resulted in asset accumulation and money getting struck with gentry class. 

Congress is voted into power because BJP purposely gave away it's momentum to Dora and RaGa muta by shaking hands and why not in the dark
