Don’t think cbn has any major health issues. He will be active for min 10 more years.

Lokesh groomed a lot in last 5 years and will be the defacto successor unless pk plays his cards correctly which is very doubtful. 

Jp, Lakshmi Narayana can never become leaders. They can be good advisors and any cm does everything based on advisors.
