Ilanti cases chala ekkuva avutunayi india lo. Girls and girls parents are totally misusing the law. Also, police law and even common public is more sympathetic to girl instead of understanding the full picture.

Monna okkadu papam to come out of this kind of situation was ready to give 50% of his family properties. Cut cheste godava koda pedda emi ledu, wifes ego clash with boys parents. Dowry and domestic violence case pettaru and vadu papam parents property koda vadulukodaniki koda ready ayyadu to get out of the mess.

Pata kalam lo girls parents sadduko amma, anni ave saddukuntayi ane varu. Nowadays girls parents are also totally ready for clash in court/police.

law was to protect vulnerable women. hard to weed out the real culprits

does anyone have any idea how dowry effects these cases? i mean does it really matter when harassment is filed years later?

law misuse baga aindhi. husband ki wife avasaram ledu anukunte court lo divorce file cheste wife3 months courts lo tirigi compromise ki vastaru. 1 or  2 months husband polce case and court hearing untundhi .

women are dangerous counter cases, facing police and courts for 2 months will teach a good lessoon to sangallu. never compromise money or panchyat simple ga court lo divorce case padesthe aipotundhi

No US law doesn't recognize DV 498a charges per se. Also, a mere case wouldn't be grounds. A conviction (judgement against your friend) is needed. Even then it can be appealed. So It's a rarity.

Bhayya, biological ga koda male ki disadvantage. Problem enti ante with earning capacity females can live alone but other way round kastam. 

Simple ga cheppali ante females can live easily without companionship/intimacy. Males on the other hand biologically need those things. If males dont have those things majority will start drinking and ruin themselves. Females on the other hand can happily live alone if they have earning capacity. Again idi general statement and does not apply always but can see the trend.

Pata kalam lo females ki earning undedi kadu so they used to tolerate husbands more but now with earning capacity females dont need males.

No. That's necessarily true. Females desire companionship even more so than men.  Sure, they will have more men to sleep around with, but man sleeping around with many women will do fine, women sleeping with many men will be reduced to the level of a prostitute and may not get a desired companionship with emotions. That will make them lonely and more depressed.
