Firstly he married to Nandini from Vizag in 1997. But she and his mother was very cruel apart from that they were stoling money from their house and for that cruel nature they too got divorced in 2007. 

Later he started a relation with Renu desai whom he married in 2009 after Orange movie Pawan's brother Naga Babu got a huge loss of 25 crores he gave him that amount which Renu desai dont like because Pawan is giving money without thinking about their children future from this act Renu desai was hurt deeply and left Pawan kalyan and applied for divorce and now his 3rd wife Anna lezhneva co-actor in Pawan kalyan's Teenmar movie during this movie she interacted with him and told his story that she  was betrayed by her boy friend and left her pregnant this made Pawan Kalyan feel about her and without any thoughts he married Anna Lezhneva a foreigner and he adopted a child who is in the right corner of this picture. After knowing this everyone should think before commenting someone.
