One Sector that is going to witness a huge investments in India as per me is Defense..

Billing rates are under a lot of pressure and in these situations it could become a boon for cities with less IT infrastructure. But a lot depends on the GOVT support.

we work with a vendor in vizag. They provide good resources at $22-25/hr. Good quality but horrible communication skills. Same skill set other vendors are charging 35$/hr.

Pros I heard are that these people are loyal to their companies as opportunities are less. 
cons is that they are not able to attract people from other cities like Hyd or blr. 
 

so my 2 cents. Opportunity is huge for people in vizag. For gods sake improve communication skills. Govt will support industries coming to AP via tax or some other benefits and cheap land allocation.

Another trend which I mentioned many times in last 1 yr is a lot of companies are opening their shop at offshore. All remote jobs. Re-badge good consultants from vendors into the client. It’s happening at a good pace now
