From what I understood, elites are simply changing the players to keep public diverted Also read somewhere(can't really recall it at the moment) Rishi simply doesn't want to be a wartime Prime Minister. We're already headed into a war. UK-US /NATO deep state is fixated on dragging on Ukraine Russia conflict, and Britain is already actively conducting military recruitment drives.

From a policy position Canada lo Liberals and Conservatives are pro Ukraine and want to aid and support Ukraine militarily and financially and bring more refugees.

US deep state is actually an "Anglo deep state" meaning the same policies and positions will be taken by Commonwealth(UK/CAN/AUS/NZ) as they are part of NATO and so do other NATO members. They already have regulars on the ground without wearing formal national uniforms. They are being referred to as "Volunteers" , "Advisors" etc. terms. 

People Party of Canada is perhaps only bit known of the lesser known parties to take "Anti war stance" like Trump. So it all boils down to whether Trump will be put back in the Office or not.
