Not just Hyderabad, election tharuvatha Amaravathi-Guntur-Vjw lo kuda prices too much perigayi. Vizag lo eppudu ekkuva ne untayi. Tier2 cities and towns lo kuda prices bane unnayi, result of inflation, economy situation, NRI investments. Ippudu unna rates thaggav, but peragatam kuda untadhu ippatlo. 

Gone are the days for Real investments, 3to5 years lo double, triple avvadam lantivi. Within city limits lo, already developed residential areas lo living, personal use ku ayithe konukovachu, investment ku ayithe better to invest far far beyond ORR, near RRR.

Guntur town lo thelisinollu unnaru, Tadikonda, Nidamarru lo try chesthe, 40k chepthunnaru, residential area lo, near by houses.
