venturlo aite KLU around 28k around nadustundi uncle..KLUki walkable distancelo resultski mundu we got it for 4.2 Cr..now ma pakka polam vadu 6.5 Cr quote chestunnadu…i think its ok rate given the front road is extended…thats area is growing super fast

Correction antunnaru kani prices ekkada reflect avvatledu ... villas ki 15-25 CR enti maree darunam ... 

Bhuja lo apartment 8-10Cr .. too much ....

True. Last time Hyd trip veesinappudu, family kosam AirBnB book cheesaamu, for 20 days in a location called Dammayiguda. Costed around 75k INR plus cleaning charges.

Surprised to see that location. Asalu Kukatpally or other main locations ki commute avvaalante minimum 2-3 hours one side patteedhi.

Evening intiki vochesariki choosthe .. nearly 6-7 hours only travel loone gadipeevaallam
