There are many pressing issues too that need immediate attention.  

Polavaram even when done in full force will take few years.

Polavaram being TDP's ATM comment by center was made just 5 years ago.

Rest of things like attracting investments, improving basic  infrastructure in all the towns and villages will actually help TDP's image in public rather than incomplete Polavaram at the end of 5 years.

Amaravati should be a ongoing thing however.

and polavaram is a national project and is important to key... which is in turn results is good yeilds imporving the agro? whats wrong in making that a priority?
