Witch company toxicity

My wife is working in India. She has stamped H1. Even though client has been asking for her to come onsite, her manager is not approving for her travel. Instead he told her to send resignation email, that will push her onsite travel. We clearly know it’s a trap. He is kind of harassing her. He will call and ask her what she is talking to everyone in the team. They don’t have HR team. Whom she should talk to. She recently joined this company 1 and half year ago.

My wife has recorded his calls and telling me that she wants to file a harassment complaint. She is not even sharing with me properly since I am not entertaining that idea.

Your situation may be different.. but what the manager is saying can be true.. 

Onsite ki as much as possible thakkuva mandini pampadaniki chustharu (unless their contract is flexible enough to pay per onsite employee) as you have to be paid in USD and that impacts the profitability of the account… the client manager may not know all these details… a client team manager may not even know the contract details between the service provider and client..

aa contract details teliste thappa em cheyyalemu.. there can be lot of things at play here

You are not disclosing what you need Kaka.. Do you want your Wife to stay in the company or not ..Decide it first.. At most worst Case la emi avuthadi prepare chesuko.. If you have monthly EMI's then anni moosukoni pani cheyyatame unless you have money to close those...
