• కొత్త చట్టాలు కట్, కాపీ, పేస్ట్.. అంటూ చిదంబరం ట్వీట్

పార్లమెంట్ ఉభయ సభలలో 146 మంది ప్రతిపక్ష ఎంపీలను బయటకు పంపించి, బలవంతంగా కొత్త నేర చట్టాలకు సంబంధించిన బిల్లులను పాస్ చేశారని కాంగ్రెస్ చీఫ్ మల్లికార్జున ఖర్గే విమర్శించారు. పాత చట్టాలను బుల్డోజ్ చేసి ఈ కొత్త చట్టాలను ప్రజలపై రుద్దారని మండిపడ్డారు. బుల్డోజర్ జస్టిస్ ను ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ అంగీకరించబోవని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈమేరకు సోమవారం ఖర్గే దీనిపై ట్వీట్ చేశారు. సోమవారం నుంచి దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అమలులోకి వచ్చిన కొత్త నేర చట్టాలను కేంద్రం బలవంతంగా ప్రజలపై రుద్దిందని విమర్శించారు.

గత శీతాకాల సమావేశాలలో 17వ లోక్ సభ కొత్త నేర న్యాయ చట్టాలను ఆమోదించింది. అయితే, ఆ సందర్భంలో పార్లమెంట్ ఉభయ సభలలో ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఆందోళన చేశాయి. పార్లమెంట్ లో భద్రతా వైఫల్యంపై ఆందోళనకు దిగిన ప్రతిపక్ష సభ్యులను ఇటు స్పీకర్, అటు చైర్మన్ సస్పెండ్ చేశారు. దీంతో 146 మంది ప్రతిపక్ష సభ్యులు సమావేశాలకు దూరమయ్యారు. ఆ సమయంలోనే ఈ మూడు చట్టాలకు సంబంధించిన బిల్లులను పార్లమెంట్ పాస్ చేసింది. దీంతో వీటిని మరోమారు పార్లమెంట్ లో ప్రవేశ పెట్టి చర్చించాలని కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత మనీశ్ తివారీ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. 

కట్, కాపీ, పేస్ట్.. చిదంబరం
నిన్నటి వరకూ అమలులో ఉన్న చట్టాల నుంచి కట్, కాపీ, పేస్ట్ విధానాలతో కొత్త చట్టాలను రూపొందించారని కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత, కేంద్ర మాజీ మంత్రి చిదంబరం మండిపడ్డారు. ఈమాత్రం దానికి సమయం వృథా చేయడం దేనికని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఉన్న చట్టాలకే కొద్దిపాటి సవరణలు చేస్తే సరిపోయేదని చెప్పారు. కొత్తగా అమలులోకి వచ్చిన చట్టాలలో 90 నుంచి 99 శాతం పాత చట్టాల్లో ఉన్న విషయమేనని ఆయన తేల్చిచెప్పారు. కొన్ని మార్పులు మాత్రం రాజ్యాంగానికి విరుద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయని చెప్పారు. న్యాయ నిపుణులు, బార్‌ అసోసియేషన్లు, న్యాయమూర్తులు, న్యాయవాదులు పలు వేదికలపై కొత్త చట్టాల్లోని లోపాలను ఎత్తి చూపినట్లు చెప్పారు.

రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధం: టీఎంసీ ఎంపీ
కేంద్రం అమలులోకి తెచ్చిన కొత్త నేర చట్టాలు రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధమని, క్రూరమైనవని తృణమూల్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీ డెరెక్‌ ఓబ్రయెన్‌ అభివర్ణించారు. ఈ కొత్త చట్టాలను పార్లమెంట్ కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేసి పరిశీలించాలని డిమాండ్ చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. చట్టాలపై టీఎంసీ అభ్యంతరాలను వివరిస్తూ స్పీకర్ కు వివరణాత్మకంగా లేఖ రాసినట్లు ఓబ్రయెన్ తెలిపారు.

Hold on guru garu....andukega 23 icharu. It was a mistake on cbn to contest with congress. He did it to protect his party in TG. However, he realized the error and corrected that error in 2023. So wat r u expecting now.

Jaggadu bjp ki against ga contest chesi post elections speaker ki support chesadu. xtians and turks ni real vps ni chesadu. Alanti gorre biddala supporters vunnantha kaalam meekem digulu ledu. The day thy realize this is the permanent end of ur jaffa. those vote bank belongs to congress anyway.

Nope. That vote bank will be with Jagan and is safe that way than with Congress. Moving that vote bank to Congress to finish off Jagan is Baboru plan but in reality it didn't happen. Sharmila can't lead Congress is proven this time. So Congress is as good as dead. It's also neither in the interest of BJP nor in the interest of Jagan.

Look at madakasira, kadapa, and dharmavaram....ycp lost coz of vote split by congress. Elections ki mundu edo fakaru, congress will split kootami votes ani. conventionally ycp and congress' vote bank is the same. why would it happen? Lol logic. This split is only going to grow wider.

Who told Congress will split Kootami votes? Lol. I've always said it's stupid gimmick from Baboru to keep Sharmila in Congress and expect to take way Jagan's vote. It didn't work apparently.  Whatever split you're referring to didn't translate for any electoral victory for Congress. Why would anyone try to ride a dead horse. Jagan has retained the vote bank for a decade now. He's likely to hold on and only grow regardless of Baboru and his media antics. All he needs is some love from Modi and Shah which he missed this time but the bon homie will continue regardless. Congress is unlikely to get any support from masses, you may secretly wish so but not happening.

Extrapolation of one constituency to state wise? What logic is that? Pull the data from 2014 election till 2024. You will see Jagan consistently held vote based. Congress may not form govt at all too. Even if it did, Jagan is likely not to ally with them. He haven't allied thus far, and he's not Baboru(official alliance with Bjp, behind screen alliance in TG with Congress).
