I feel AP is ahead of many poor states like Bihar, Punjab, Rajasthan, chattisgarh, Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam West Bengal etc... and do not need special status.

AP needs money to build capital city and other instituitions...
