Preferences have changed vastly....Flats and apartments mida sheen kastha taggindi and people are preferring to move out of the core city and buy a plot and build a house...

1 cr ki plot and another 50 lakhs to build...flat konna ade price ayitundi plus monthly maintenance issues and long term appreciations..
