Friend trying to buy apartment in Kollur thinking demand is low now, prices have fallen drastically talk and he can get one at lowest price. Kaani lowest he is getting is 5500 per sft that too under construction, on top of this, amenities, GST, registration, interior, all these add up 15 to 25 lakhs easily to the Area X sft_price flat price. Ready to move-in or 1 year old vi kooda 6000 per sft starting price. 

Forget about over all RE prices, just apartment rates kuda thaggaledu. Only RRR ku near by layouts lo, farms plots prices corrected by 10 to 20%.
