By 2030, India will have 0 water in lots of places. asala real estate ki water ki samandham leda ? how people are still buying when they have to hustle for water everyday? 

ground reality: maa area lo ee roju varaku no water problem. Nenu kooda illu teesukunna but ippudu eevanni choosthunte future lo invest chesi waste ekkadaina.

Ala anukune invest cheyyakunda dabbulu bank account lo pettukuntaava? Inflation will eat it away. If you consider the total population and the current water utilization...last 2 decades kante ippudu water management manchiga undhi. Some places nuvvu cheppinattu 0 water untundhi due to climate changes and poor water management. That's why you invest in places where you think these water issues are less or none. Polavaram complete ayithe Vizag ki future lo (at least for some decades) water issues undavu. Similarly Amaravati due to it being next Krishna River and Kondaveedu vaagu. Hyd ki..expensive ayina..(lift cheyyali) konchem better compared to B'lore and Chennai.
