USCIS website lo untundi choodu where to send I765/I131 , for NJ it will be chicago location to send your I765/I131 application

For NJ applicants, Its Carol Stream, IL for both 765

For I-131 (AP): Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-131, Application for Travel Document | USCIS

I see your confusion now, For 131 with MSC numbers, it is asking you to send to Family based forms address. But 765 with NJ address for EAD shows family based forms. Anyways, here is where you should file for both forms together:
