that i don't know…ఇది విప్లవ కవిత.. why yaskin is saying this dialogue…i dont  know…he is the one who created that oppressed society in that movie…

atleast ఆకలిరాజ్యం డైలాగ్ ki konchem relevance vundi…if you see that old movie…but kalki lo ee dialogue meaning contradictory…

I heard this about Kaliyugam before. But I don't think that Kalki movie will capture this philosophy. Chuddam.

look at this parallel 

bhairava uses vijaya bow , which was used by karna

vishwakarma -lord shiva - indra- parashurama- karna 

arjuna uses gandiva ,which was made by brahma himself

brahma- shiva - prajapati - indra- soma - varuna - arjuna - supreme yaskin(kali)

kali is lineage of brahama

and in movie there is a white horse beside krishna and commander manas says the god will be coming on a white horse
