What is lower wage, prevailing wage all these is validated by DOL kada. 

Meta is not a govt organization nor there is any discrimination here in this case. Free market and whoever is good to work for the offered salary will be recruited. I'm a citizen pay me whatever I ask ante funny. Too much unnadu. Being a citizen doesn't give super powers to demand whatever remuneration from any private org or person.  For that matter H1b is an Alien, pai nundi dhigi ochadu ani artham

Very true. Once desis get citizenship they get selfish. Become anti immigration, support politicians who are against immigration, start talking about how other Indians are taking their kids jobs, etc. Have seen many people like this.

He has a fair chance of getting paid by META for a settlement out of court. There were a lot of cases like this before.

I remember Americans suing Infosys or wipro similarly.

Now as second generation kids are coming most Indian parents in US are turning against H-1B. Recently I saw a few Telugu parents all speaking against H-1B. Most of them have gotten citizenship recently. Manollu antha, yeru dataka teppa tagalese rakalu.
