Absolutely agree that changes need to be made to these programs. They need to be revised to make changes to new skill sets that are needed. No question about that. 

my point was that the people who came on certain program for better opportunities now are against the same coz they want better opportunities for themselves and their kids. Like @Tellugodu said it’s human nature to be selfish which I agree. My point is about people turning selfish.
