Yep, mana valaki brand new home fascination untundi. Maa cousin gadiki 2 year old home with outdoor kitchen, shutters, closet upgrades with discount chance vachindi. I told him many many times teesuko ani but same community lo brand new koni malli shutters/curtains meda kharchu pettadu.

New homes and old homes are at same price and sellers giving some incentives anduke and are buying new homes

I see lot of people bought homes in last June or so and are expecting 15-20% appreciation now. why would anyone buy those especially when new homes are around the same price .
