cousin called aug 3rd week lo house warming in dallas, his wife started working 3 months back. 

if dual income they are buying homes . 1 million kaka poyina ,they are signing something they can work it out.

I think mana db lo oversmart ayyi last ki rent lo ney continuing.

with overall materials and labor becoming costly due to inflation...maree down ayye chances levu. austin lanti markets thapthe....i dont see a drastic crash happening anywhere else.  ofcource 2007 lanti recession vasthe evadu em cheyaledu.

arizona lo kuda baga tagutunayi bro.Salaries are not so high and home prices increased a lot last couple of years.noone is buying and prices started dropping a lot.

yeah slight correction for sure. what i meant was that it will not fall to precovid prices

peragakunte thagginatte kadha uncle , with Inflation. the home prices have to catch up with inflation as well
