Polavaram is already national project and funded accordingly. State is taking care of execution. Why would CBN give cash cow control to central govt ?

Central govt doesn't have manpower in states to handle such projects...Polvaram is already central project but state should take initiative to manage the project lekapothe eppatiki finish avvadhu..
