Party structure includes party president , district presidents , floor leaders and constituency incharge . You are the one who are clueless after asking about ‘ top leaders ‘ . What do you mean by ‘ top leaders ‘ in any party structure ? Is there any official definition . The deputy CMs are most commonly considered as most influential after any cm , if you consider an abstract concept of ‘ top leaders ‘ .
