Car, Home, Medical insurances, Grocery bills, kid day care costs increased so much that life became dina dina gandam.

kid day care apesanu currently. Anyone in same boat?

single job why sending to daycare?

150K in houston is very reasonable unless you are living a lavish life with 800K home and BMW car and eating out everyday

Parents ni techanu USA ki but no paisal to take them out.

ee month nundi day care paisal save avvali. Car ammaledu inka. Talking to some dealers. 

But Home maintenance ki 500 ayyedi, bathroom cleaning, pest control, Lawn mowing, avi budh chesi nene cheskuntunna. 
HVAC unit giving trouble, technician gadu kottadi pedithe better antadu 15k bill ichadu.
Fense fell down - guessing 7k bill. 
Next 1yr recovery lone undi povali

4000 home emi aa? Single job toh enduku teskunnav mari antha expensive home? Home should never be a burden, if you feel it, your priorities aren't right. 

500k home ki 20% down chesi unte, 1700 EMI, 800 PTax, 200 insu still gets you to 2700...means you bought a 800k home at 5% interest ...

Medical insu why 800? Employer cover chesetivi max 500 untay kada..
