say you eat dinner by 7 pm in the evening and have breakfast around 9 am in the morning next day adi  ~ 14 hrs.

a friend of mine did liquid diet for about 1 week or so .. ah tarvatha 2-3 months full suffer ayyadu .. ekuva thinna thakkuva thinna chaala ibbandhi pade vadu ..

I never said liquid diet. I haven't done it and don't advice anyone to do it. Infact I eat a lot of mutton, ghee wheat double layered chapathis and rice 

 

You didn't understand intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting doesn't mean to cut the portion intake or calorie intake it's to restrict the number of times you eat. Think of big cats Lions, Tiger. They don't keep eating very frequently. They eat once and eat as much as they can. Then they don't eat again till they are hungry. 

Eating frequently will elevate the blood glucose levels, makes your insulin less sensitive which will dispose you for diabetes and greater glucose level will trigger glycogenesis and eventual fat creation. 

Eating alone doesn't fix things. You need muscule stimulus. Lift weights , do Chinups etc. or some other functional work (Kattelu , rallu kottadame or Matti Pani etc) and need good sleep and sex.

Your body gets habituated to it.

i eat boiled egg one or two around  5:30 and that’s all. 
 

if I eat heavy meals in afternoon I don’t feel hungry at all.

Vuncle nenu 2 years ga doing maintaining same weight no issues. Mee vaadu aa liquid diet yendho mari. I eat good food weekends like more protein and make it go away Monday and Tuesday and then have good food on Tuesday evening ala manage cheskunta vastha. Naaku ee liquid diet yendho thelidhu mari. Okko body okko mentality

emo uncle .. nenu alanti diets em cheyanu .. i never go overboard while eating .. workout regular ga cheyali .. thats wat i believe in
