Across all over US lo Home Inventory levels CRAZY high unnai.. 

Buyers market started .. 

Do not OVERPAY.. start looking out for reasonable deals in Market now.

BLIND Offers ivvabakandi.. Financing Contingency and due diligence buffer pettandi.

But desi ppl only want brand new virgin homes no...

market lo 10k houses unte evadiki ekkuva, we want only toll bros or Pulte brand new construction antunnaru vuncles mari...

mari husband and wife kalipi 250 k earn chesthuntey why we need used home, we do not have any dependencies in india like loans and appulu

any one who is buying new construction this year.. will recover the equity portion after next 10 years anna..

new constrution home will be an old home after 1 year.

na illu .. na bhoomi.. na loan .. pakkaki jarigedi ille.. struck aepotaaru papam.

mostly 450 to 750 range lo ney kontunnaru naaku telisina vallu with dual income
