Govt white paper bro adi.. not from the party.. might be there are some internals like loans from other corporations, ways not directly from RBI we have to see.. nuvvu nenu case veyochu aa numbers misleading AP people ante..so YCP easy ga case veyochu..wrong ayithe Govt paruvu poddi and IAS post oost avutay so I don't think those are manipulated..
