I have some of workers who worked in ME especially in  oil rigs and Agri farms. Looks like this guy got into one of these farm sheds , Typically a owner will have 50 acres of land in the bare minimum it can be grow upto 200 acres. There won't be any person in 15 to 20 Mile Radius to that farm unless the place has abundant water .

Unless the request comes from Wife and Mother Govt will not see it Kaka that is for sure.
