naa field aa QA Automation! inka andulo 1 job ki 1000s of applications. I might be missing some keywords in my resume that could also be a reason. but QA is overcrowded

What pay range they are saying bro ? Job Market  is currently depend on your skill set and location. I am in job market right now as well. In ERP domain and lives in NYC, already 2 offers in hand and 1- 2 more expecting. At the end it all boils down to what technology/location/ visa dependency.

I thought about it baa but I'm not good at managing don't have managerial skills. self-assessment chesukunte ardhamayyindi. how to improve those skills anedi alochisthunna.
