What ?? For 120k this much requirements? Pay seems very low for a senior position, that too you said you are not having any visa dependency. High time to look for other opportunities elsewhere.

I am saying, maybe try/venture into other domains. Even for FL location that pay seems very low for someone with 10+ years experience. I believe low pay is due to over saturation of testing domain.

Don't have an interest in learning anymore! I tried in the past. but used to lose interest within a week. also 8 yrs bro naa real time.  as @perugu_vada unkul said I may have to focus now on management roles.
