Did not we see leaders from lower sections of people ruling the roost in TN, Kerala, UP, West Bengal, Maharastra??

First of all kaapus are not lower section ,problem with kaapus is that they have rivalry with BC's in most areas as their population is high.hence BC's will align with other caste people like Raju/reddy/kamma/velama etc.. which means that unless kaapus have majority in that constituency,it will be difficult for them to win individually without other upper caste communities support.

The only way kaapus win is bu giving equal representation to BC caste people ,also kaapus are not present all over the state like reddies and kammas.telaga,balija,toorpo,kaapu etc.. are all divided among themselves.
