One and half year ago shoulder injury ayyindi, orhtopedic suggested physical therapy, did physical therapy for 3 months before insurance got terminated due to job situation. Anyone who has gone through similar phase, please help me by providing your valuable suggestions, experiences, dos n don't etc. I'm really in a dilemma if I should go through it as it comes under surgery and insurance coverage is getting tricky as I just obtained insurance couple of months ago
