Hi Friends 

 

I am looking at private lender Mortagage loan 30 year fixed is 6.375 with 10 % and 5 % down and buy down by lender credit of 5.5% first year and 6.5 from year 2 
 

I never used private lender and these rates seems to be better for me compared to banks 

 

any experience with these lenders both are Indians

just compare with that the preferred lender is giving. show them the best offer you got and ask them to match.
